Monday 2/1/10

The kid is finally 90% healthy so I think I should make it through a full day of work today.  I did manage to hit the gym before the school called on Friday to pick him up though so that was good.  Not too exciting of a weekend.  No formal exercise… ok on food… NO water….  I finally started feeling a bit of an energy boost after my workouts last week so I think my body is finally responding to the workouts...

Monday 1/25/10

Weigh-in: 171, up 2.6 pounds this week….
