I’d love to say I had a great excuse for not going to the gym yesterday but I really don’t, LOL. That time of the month showed up for me yesterday and I was feeling bloated & crampy and just overall in a very cruddy mood. I decided I would not subject those poor defenseless newbies at the gym to my unjustified scowls :-) Kalvin has an out of town game tonight so I will end up working through my lunch today so I can leave early so no gym today. Hubby is working graveyard all weekend so no big plans unless you count menu planning and grocery shopping……
