Monday 1/4/10
I am going to put off officially starting until next Tuesday. I have a Chiropractor appt at lunch today so I can't workout and we leave Friday morning for a riding trip coming back Monday with NO kids :-) This trip is actually my early birthday present. We have 6 couples going for sure and a couple others possible so up to maybe 16. It should be a great party. I don't plan on going overboard but I do plan on enjoying myself. I think next Tuesday is more realistic. I still plan on working out when I can this week, trying to get in my water and eating within reason until then.
Today's Goals:
Vitamins [yes] already done…..
40 oz water
5 small meals
walk on break
Get to bed by 10pm
Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude
House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine
Morning routine [75%]
