Monday 2/1/10
The kid is finally 90% healthy so I think I should make it through a full day of work today. I did manage to hit the gym before the school called on Friday to pick him up though so that was good. Not too exciting of a weekend. No formal exercise… ok on food… NO water…. I finally started feeling a bit of an energy boost after my workouts last week so I think my body is finally responding to the workouts. I’m not sure I am really ready to concentrate on food but I will be posting my food anyway… good or bad ;-)
Today's Goals:
Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout Chest, Bi’s and 20 min cardio
64 oz water
5 small meals
walk on break
Get to bed by 10pm
Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude
House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine
Morning routine [75%]
M1 Grapenuts
M2 RF Triscuits, RF cheese, peas
M3 LC Chicken Enchilada Suiza
M4 jerky, apple
