Today's Goals:

Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout     Quads, Calves and 20 min cardio
64 oz water
5 small meals
walk on break
Get to bed by 10pm

Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude

House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine
Morning routine [75%]

M1       Grapenuts
M2       RF Triscuits, RF cheese, peas
M3       Garlic chicken Lean Pocket
M4       jerky, apple
M5       Chicken Stir-Fry
