Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout [yes] Full body weights
64 oz water [yes] maybe just a couple oz short…
5 small meals [no] I still only remember 4
walk on break [yes]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes]
Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude [75%]
House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine [yes]
Morning routine [75%]
I am making progress with seeing more purple…still have not found my mojo but I’m faking it until I do ;-) Not sure why I am having such a hard time getting in those meals…. I am finishing the week just working on my daily goals/habits and will start focusing more on my meals next week.
