5 small meals [no] only 4

Morning routine [75%]
Not too bad of a day considering I’m not trying too hard, LOL. We leave in the morning for our trip, WooHoo!!!!! I will be working through my lunch today to help make up some time so no workout today. I have a ton of stuff to get done still so I don’t know if I will be able to a hang around today or not. I have a great weekend!

Great Post... keep it up!... I also struggle to get to bed "early" and then pay for it later with less energy... tougher to get up and work out. You can do this!!
