Yesterday's Goals:
Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout [yes] cardio 40 min walking hills on the treadmill
64 oz water [yes] actually I may have bee a couple ounces short…
5 small meals [no] only 4 that I remember
walk on break [yes]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes]
Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude [75%]
House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine [75%]
Morning routine [75%]
M1 Bar
M2 sm cup of chicken chowder
M3 taco salad
M4 none
M5 The best cheese tortellini with chicken, bacon and cream sauce over it!!!! To DIE for but definitely not a healthy choice :-)
M6 none
Not too bad for just getting back to things…… I am keeping the workouts light this week to get my body used to working out again. Next week I will get back to normal workouts. I even plan on actually working out on New Years Day tomorrow :-)
