Vitamins [yes] already done…..
64 oz water [no]
5 small meals [no] only 3…. Oops
walk on break [no]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes] maybe a few minutes late but close
Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude [75%]

Before bed routine [75%]
Morning routine [75%]

M2 RF Triscuits, RF cheese, peas

M5 Lasagna w/salad

Well I did manage to make it through the day at work although I don’t think I accomplished one thing, LOL. Not so good on the goals but I am still holding myself accountable. I dropped my water to be more realistic when I’m not going to the gym. My baby is 5 today….. WOW where did the time go? I’m basically just hangin’ in there hoping this cold will just go away!
