I WILL MAKE IT TO THE GYM TODAY!!!!!!! I’m still not really feeling it but I hate feeling like a slug and I know I should be going. I will also be working on getting in my water this week as well.Today's Goals:
Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout
64 oz water
5 small meals
walk on break
Get to bed by 10pm

Keep positive attitude
House (FlyLady)

Morning routine [75%]
