Vitamins [yes] already done…..
Workout   [yes]  Chest, Bi’s and 20 min cardio
64 oz water [yes]
5 small meals [yes]
walk on break [yes]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes]

Work Goals:
Keep positive attitude [75%]

House (FlyLady)
Before bed routine [75%]
Morning routine [75%]

M1       Grapenuts
M2       RF Triscuits, RF cheese, peas
M3       LC Chicken Enchilada Suiza
M4       jerky, apple, 2 small cookies
M5      Tater Tot Casserole
M6       none

 

WooHoo!!!  It’s nice to see an ALL purple day for me again.  My food is looking better than it has been too but still has room for improvement.  Overall I am very happy with yesterday though.  I think I am finding a glimmer of my mojo, LOL.
