Wow this looks worse on paper…… It didn’t seem like I was doing too bad yesterday. I am dragging this morning. Kalvin had a later game last night and we didn’t get home until almost 9:30. I should be able to make it to the gym today. I am thinking about going back to one of my old routines of doing 2 body parts then following that with 20 minutes of cardio 4 days a week. Then I’ll do a 40 minute run on Weds and a long run on the weekend when I can squeeze it in, preferably 5 miles. I like this because it keeps everything mixed up well and you are in and out of the gym pretty quick on most days.
