Larry, I am so sorry I missed seeing you in Dallas. Kim told me you asked about me. Thank you for your friendship. I know you lost your wife to breast cancer. It will be my privilege to continue fighting this horrible disease in her name. You are a great friend! Hugs, Mona

I see you are a fellow countryman of my buddy, Rohan! He is INCREDIBLE! We were roommates at Denver Transformation conference last October. Hope to meet you soon! Uncle Dave

I Am

Larry -A widower,A dad,A grandpa'I would love to add husband to that list of titles again and I know there is another out there for me some day. Until then I am content and happy with myself and aspire to continue to improve my life physically, mentally, and spiritually in preparation for my next life partner.

My Favorite Charity

Susan G. Komen Foundation (Race For The Cure)

To me, Transformation Means

METAMORPHOSIS: To change my life for the better; physically, spiritually, mentally

My Goals

Physically - to lose about 50 lbs. and possibly compete in a 'masters' bodybuilding competition someday and to run in at least one more marathon.Spiritually - as the song in Godspell says, "To see things more clearly, follow Him more nearly, love Him more dearly, day by day"Mentally - to never stop learning things, to keep my mind sharp and open. Knowledge is power (and strength).

My Intentions

To be the best that I can be and to inspire others; to be an example; and sometimes an 'exception'.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My kids and grandkids, future wife, and anyone I come in contact with.
