I find it difficult to describe who I am, as it's in meeting someone with typical conversation that make's individual compassion shine through human connection. I've heard that God doesn't put anything on our plate that we can't handle. I'm a single mom, which is most common today. My son has Autism and it can be very overwhelming and stressful from one day to the next; however, I deal with things by myself. He has a wonderful father and that is a blessing. Doctor's have never been of any great help in dealing with everyday situation's as they aren't living the life with an Autistic child. He is now 13 and in a great school. Having educated instructor's in his life has been the most fundamental part of his progress. I thank God for allowing his father and myself having crossed path's with the right people to get him the education he deserves... Now I need to challenge myself to become more mentally, physically, and spiritually fit. Hopefully I'm in the right place to get there... Wish me luck...Sincerely,Leisa ;-)
