And today is the start of my week one again! I have made a few changes for the better this weekend. One: I was offered a full time position at the chiropractic office, so I decided that it would be in my best interest to accept it, that did mean quitting my job that I've been at for 3 years. Hey Laura, seeing how you are doing since your accident. Hadn't seen u post in the pasta bowl in a few days. Hope all is well. Have a great day. Artie.
Wow Laura~peace and healing strength be with you!! I am glad to hear that the others were not hurt in the accident, and grateful that you escaped with only the minor injuries. Stay focused on making healthy nutritional choices for your body while it heals.
Will you be enjoying a GREEN meal today Laura?? There are so many wonderful choices to choose from! I plan to fix corn beef from Trader Joe's and CABBAGE. While broccoli would actually be greener, I am one who sure does love cabbage and it gives me an excuse to have the corn beef too -- in the spirit of "holiday tradition" of course! lol :-) Happy St. Paddy's Day!! Have fun ~ Tara
On the bright side, according to the Mayo Clinic "IBS doesn't cause permanent damage to your colon" and "you can control irritable bowel syndrome by managing your diet, lifestyle and stress" (I didn't know what it was so I had to google it~lol) If you needed a WHY to stay plugged in to the lifestyle taught here by Bill, the universe sure delivered one to you Laura!! I hope you will blog about the journey you are now embarking upon ... I can only imagine what a blessing your notes will be to someone down the line who might find themselves facing the same diagnosis. All the best~Tara
I enjoyed your comments in the group post this morning ... really makes one think! Enjoy a wonderful weekend! ~Tara

Hi Laura, I haven't been doing such a hot job of keeping up with my T friends outside of my group. Just checked in on you to see that you got a new job...that's fantastic! It will likely take a little bit of time to find your groove, but I'm happy and willing to plan a short run with you around your new schedule. Port Orchard is not far from Poulsbo at all. Just say the word! -Laura
