Hello, how are you? I know it has been a while since I dropped by but Transformation was heavy on my heart today and I wanted to drop by to say first “Hello” and I also wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope that you are still doing well on your transformation journey. If you have fallen off the wagon, I want to encourage you to dust yourself off and get back up. Life does get hectic and I know things happen. I know all about life happening but wanted to get back to what is important to me….and that is this transformation journey. Hey Lady, how are you doing? Hope everything is going great. I started my new Transformation challenge yesterday. I am so excited to be back at the challenge...and a challenge it has been, as I re-read the book, I know that Bill said there were times that were tough...and I guess that is why it is called a "challenge". My life has been crazy since taking the job back in October and it has taken time to adjust but I know that with out a doubt my life was more complete when I was focusing on the challenge, as part of the community and it was changing me inside. I know the things I learned were "priceless" and it has never been forgotten. I am back to progress to the next chapter in my life. Happy New Year Lillianne, I hope you had a great holiday season. I hope you are doing okay. It is a new year!! Happy New Year!! Today, I find that without transformation.com I would not be the person I am today. Just a year ago I truly committed to doing the challenge(and completing it) and although I have hit some bumps in the road since that first challenge that ended in June.(for me), I am back on and in full force. I have come to realize that over that past several months when life got so busy..that the missing link in my life was t.com. I did not like where I was and I am so excited to be back ~ I have realized that transformation is a part of my life for the rest of my life. It is so vital to me being who I am!! It is where I feel complete! So with all this said. I am here to say hello, (it has been a while) and I am here to wish you one of the most amazing years ever. May 2011 be your best year ever!! May you accomplish all your transformation goals and continue down this journey with such momentum that you never loose sight of the road ahead of you. To me, Transformation Means

Constantly renewing my mind and embracing the positive changes that come with it. For the longest time I was in a cocoon - butterflies come out of a cocoon and endure an extremely difficult and painful process to transform into the most beautiful creatures ever when they become free! My transformation process has been similar to that of a butterfly and the results will be the same.

My Goals

2011 HCC
NUTRITION: Return to the things that work!!

FITNESS: I get out of the couch!! My knee injury is no longer an issue and I will get back to my previous routine

LIFE: I begin the steps to re-launch my real estate business and work towards making it my primary source of income by the beginning of next year.

2010
NUTRITION
I drink 1/2 my body weight in water every day. Eat clean foods as planned and identify what triggers emotional eating, addressing them immediately.

FITNESS
I get closer to my weight loss goal and workout at least four times a week.

LIFE
Continue my transformation process and use my experiences to help others. Reach out to the hispanic community and become a resource, a friend, a cheerleader and mentor to those want to transform their lives.

People who can see where I came from and say: if she could do it, I can do it!... People in the Latino Community who struggle without many resources available to them...Most importantly, my children!!
