Wow - big question ~ I am so many parts of an every day lady you pass every day - I am a loved daughter and sister - Have double green thumbs and grow amazing flowers ~ Blessed to love my work ~ Love my home ~ I'm like a lot of people ~ middle of my life ~ will be 47 this year ~ lost my way thru a divorce 6 years ago and am on a path of transformation to find my new way. Why is it that often during times in our life when we should take the best care of ourselves ~ love ourselves ~ work to healthy ~ we go so far in the opposite direction ... I've been beating myself up for years now with poor habits ~ eating to gain over 70 pounds ~ smoking again ~ pretending like today is the day I will begin again ~ I'll work out ~ For me ~ this is the right time to change~ I want to heal my mind and my body and truly be happy with all the blessings currently in my life and be happy and healthy to enjoy whats yet to come ! :!:
