Thank you, Teresa!!! To answer your question, tzatziki is made of plain yogurt, dill, and cucumber (for the most part). They use it on greek food quite a bit, and it just so turns out that it's pretty low in calories and fat so it adds some healthy flavor :)

I Am

I AM A CHANGED PERSON after the incredible Denver experience. I completed my first 1/2 marathon at age 57 and broke through a huge limiting belief! I am going to continue to break through more limiting beliefs as I implement the wisdom that was poured out to us from Bill, from the Champions, from Kevin Sharp, from Hannah and the other MAW kids, and then from the unbelievable Dick Hoyt -- he's the one that got me through the last 3 miles of the marathon. The MAW kids got me through the first part of the race but Dick got me through to the end.

I am also a child of the King of Kings, the Lord Jesus Christ, and I want to be a better witness of HIM through my actions but also by my body!
I am a wife to a wonderful husband, a mother to 3 grown children who are all serving the Lord,
a grandmother to 7 precious little angels (soon there will be #8).
I am also a person who has had weight struggles most of my adult life, and I want that now to be over!

To me, Transformation Means

My Goals

"Be the kind of woman that, when your feet hit the floor in the morning, Satan says, 'Aw crap! She's up!" - Facebook

10-Week Health Holiday Challenge Goals:
*First and foremost - To spend more time with the Lord!!!
*To be a testimony of the Lord's amazing love and help others by giving of myself to help them and to also help them come to know Jesus as their Hope in this tough world today.
*To stay on track with the 10-week program by eating clean with only one free day per week and working out 6 days a week breaking through barriers to places I've never before been!!!!
*To continue to lose body fat and gain muscle
*To be in a size 8
*To change my mindset for exercise to become something that I WANT to do everyday
*To continue with a healthy lifestyle so as not to regain the weight.
*To stop procrastinating about things
*To be ONE of the 10 Champions so I can go to Dallas for the 1/2 Marathon in March
*To promote Transformation at every opportunity I have
*TO NOT QUIT BEFORE I REACH AND SURPASS MY GOAL OF FOLLOWING THROUGH FOR THIS 10-WEEK CHALLENGE!

My Intentions

[myflashfetish]
I plan to spend daily time with the Lord and do my best to let Him be my guide and my strength!
I plan to follow the program by eating responsibly and by exercising as the program requires, and not allowing excuses to sidetrack me.
To plan my days in advane and then to chart my food intake and my exercise progress on a regular basis.
To do this not just to lose the weight, but for a far greater reason: to become all that the Lord intended me to be.
To BE THE CHANGE noticeably so I can share with others along the way how to change their lifestyle and mindset and break through their limiting barriers so they can become whatever the Lord had planned for them to be.
