I Am
I am growing, learning and evolving! At home my husband and I have a 17 year old and I also have 2 stepkids in their 20s. I am a corporate trainer and I also speak and train speakers for a Christian organization. When I am not working I am usually outside biking, kayaking, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and camping. You asked - Mae is my initials for Michal Ann Enders. Most people in my life call me Mike. I will answer to Mike, Mikey, Michal, Michal Ann, Mitch and Michelle. My Dad says that I narrowly missed out on being named Michaelangelo, but my mom said no. They also gave me a sense of humor....LOL

My Goals
Lose 23 pounds. Gain lean look and a muffinless middle. Lower cholestoral, sleep better, lose the heartburn/chest pains. Impress my doctor. Wear a bikini instead of a tankini with a skirted bottom. Can't wait. Back away from the matronly thing I'll have going on if I don't do a 180 immediately. Part 2 - Day 94 - Making new goals and looking forward to transforming even more of my life. After 18 weeks - I am fitter now at 46 than I have been in years. Cholesterol dropping. Bikini worn. Oh yeah, I used to have heartburn. Sleeping better. My next transformation begins now!
