Hey, it took me years actually to finally make a committment to not only complete 12 weeks (BFL) or 18 week (Transformation) but to make it a lifestyle change. So, I know you will do it this time! For me, transformation is a process. You begin looking on the outside for change only to discover what needs changing is on the inside.

18% body fat
Go surfing in Bali
Smile daily
Make someone else smile daily

My intention is to live joyfully, love freely and be at peace with where I have been, where I am and where I am going. I intend to discover my unique gifts meant to be shared with the world so that I can make a difference.
