I Am

I'm a stay-at-home dad. I met my wife 20 yrs. ago when I was in the army stationed at Arlington, VA. I have three awesome sons, they're 3, 7, and 9. They keep me busy, and I love every minute of it. I'm also passionate about my personal training business. The more I help others, the more I help myself.

My first transformation took place in 2005. 2 years prior I'd quit smoking and started packing on pounds. The stress of my wife being in the hospital on bedrest for several months, while pregnant with our 2nd son, added more pounds. When my son was born I realised I was too out of shape to keep up with my responsibilities. I did the Atkins diet. It sucked, I hated it very much. I lost 70 lbs in 5 months. Felt healthier, but didn't really discover how good I could feel until I discovered weight training. I read Body for Life and several other books that turned me on to a more balanced approach to nutrition than Atkins offered, and I've kept the weight off.

I love weight training, tai chi, qigong, meditation, and yoga. I'm also really into the paranormal, it's just a lifelong obsession with all things weird and unexplained.

My Favorite Charity

The Wounded Warrior Project

To me, Transformation Means

a wonderful opportunity

My Goals

Walk my talk a little better, and take my body, mind, and spirit up to the next level.

My Intentions

I intend to get stronger, more focused, calmer, and more confident every day.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family, friends, and personal training clients.
