Craig- Just have patience in the process and ask for help when you need it and it will all start to make sense. There will be times when you get uncomfortable in your skin, but that is a sign of growth...I believe in you and I'm here for you..Love you..Coach

Welcome to the T.com community. I am new, this is my fifth week of the challenge and my depression and energy have both been lifted because of the accountability, tools and support provided by this site. Blessings for the journey, Christine ;-D

I Am

I am a man. No more. I have found myself on the left, on the right, and a libertarian, all with no real meaning. Mother Teresa once commented that there is only peace within and from peace comes goodness for all or something like that. You know I think she was right, without peace you cannot know yourself and you cannot truly love others or yourself. So I seek peace. Physically I have slowed down a lot but mentally I am seeking, and peace is elusive.

To me, Transformation Means

As I have grown older and older and older I find myself reflecting a lot more and just thinking about what really matters. Although I am working many more hours than I have in the past I have found that by setting very specific goals I seem to be on the right track. I have done this for several years now, but always go astray. I think the TCOM community can give me the support I need to achieve my goals and just maybe I can give that support back. Anyway, I am here to learn and to give.

My Goals

My very detailed goals for this year and my life are in my blog.

My Intentions

To lead a rich full life for another forty years. To see my great granddaughter grow up and have her own family some day if that is what she wants. To meet Bill Phillips in person!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I am not sure. I know that everyday I treat it as a little compartment that will only be there once, so I am trying to give everyone a little bit of love. If I can someday get to the point in my life that I can give unconditional love like my two dogs do - I will be so happy. Maybe along the way I can give a little bit to everyone I meet.
