HI I haven’t sent any messages in a while I do get lazy sometimes. How’s your transformation going? Marty is working on sculpting my body, what a concept and what pain. Hi Deb. I am new, have not had the privledge of meeting you in person like so many others...but kindred spirits can go a long time before they actually get to meet face to face. I need to figure out how to download music to my homepage to share like yours...it is sooooo cool. Love the songs, beautiful lyrics girlfriend. We are living in critical times...hard to deal with...alcohol is an easy friend. Discipline, now that's something to call friend...each new day you greet this "new friend" called discipline, you can congratulate yourself when you make it through an entire day you spent with this new friend. What motivates me in my workout...MUSIC...when I step into 24-Hr fitness, I plug into my music, I am alone in the gym, just me and my music...it pushes me harder, longer...my workout becomes my own inspiration. Pray alot, talk to God alot...for strength, for courage, for determination...visualize where you want this transformation to take you...I will keep you in my prayers. XOX

I Am

.....me....Deb ÜÜÜ....an example of God's work in progress.I...."Live today well, for yesterday is but a dream and tomorrow is only a vision, but today, well lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope." This is on one of the first pages in the book "24 hours in a Day". I think of it when I first open my eyes in the morning, and when I close them at the end of the day. Being addicted to alcohol has been a anchor in my life for a long time and has caused me to be MIA for too long. It's time to pull up the anchor and sail to where ever God sends me........
