It would appear that your transformation is going really well and this is great because the successful completion of your transformation from the inside out is important to me. Have a great week. Rohan

Thank you for the welcome comment. I think this community of people here is really going to help me. I am already super pumped from everyone! I don't go to UOP, I commute to Sac State, but I am hoping to attend to UOP for their Master's program, it's really good for Speech Pathology.

Good Morning Dustin - just checkin in to see how those legs are doing after your hike up the mountain on Saturday! That was some quality time that you and Cindy spent together and sounds like you had fun doing it! I love the trails and outside exercise - it's me and the world :) Have a great week! ~~Debbie~~

I Am

I am married to a wonderful woman, Cindy. Un/fortunately for me, she is a very good cook. I work for a large utility company in California as a Hydro Operator, monitoring & controlling 13 reservoirs, 2 rivers, 4 diversions, 4 canals and 7 powerhouses from a desk with the help of 4 computers and 8 monitors. Major desk time! We have no children and live in a small town in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California.

My Favorite Charity

Project Healing Waters

To me, Transformation Means

Removing old habits and replacing them with new ones that will allow me to be a better husband, better employee and a better person overall.

My Goals

To lose 50 pounds of fat. Losing weight will hopefully reduce my sleeping trouble; reduce the pain in my back and knees; allow me to have more energy, to be more alert at work, and to inspire Cindy. To gain 15 pounds of muscle. To finally quit using smokeless tobacco for good this time. (I have quit three times in the past)To reduce my alcohol consumption to 1-2 glasses of wine a week.To be a better husband by being more supportive and spending more time with Cindy. To try to find the positives in life.

My Intentions

To get in better shape so that I don't suffer the same fate as my father, dying of a heart attack at 56. To drag my wife kicking and screaming into a healthier way of life!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Cindy, Mom, Blaine & Nancy, anyone who can draw inspiration from my experience.
