Josh,,,,,,,,just read your assignment three,,,,,,,,wow, you put alot of thought into that and I'm so proud of you for identifying and stopping your problem early in your life. Careless spending is SO easy to do,,,,,,,,but when you pay off one bill and then another and gain control, it will be just like the control you felt when you stopped the binge eating!!! I saw that you are using the Jeff Galloway program to do the half marathon,,,,,,,I used that to run a full marathon back 6 years ago,,,,,,loved it. Wish I had enough time to train for the event in Dallas, but it's coming up a little too fast and I'm not going to be ready to do it. I'll make a great cheerleader though. If I don't meet you there, then definitely in Denver!!!! Hugs, Jenny

I Am

Josh! I live in Nashville, TN. I'm 24 years old. I do cosmetic reconditioning work at a used car retailer. I'm here to meet and network with others who are trying to make a transformation. I have been a fan of Bill Phillips' Body-for-LIFE program for years and love the new direction Bill has gone with "Transformation." His Transformation exercises have helped me to take a closer look at who I am and how I can accelerate my transformation both mentally and physically.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

To use Bill's example, making the transition from "Me" to "We"... from "You" to "Us".

My Goals

I have plenty of goals and I won't stop until I accomplish them all! I would eventually like to drop to 10% body fat. I would like to work on strength and muscle gains with the ultimate goal of participating in Strongman competitions. Other goals include finishing college, paying off debt, and helping motivate and inspire those around me to cross the abyss and pursue their own transformations.

My Intentions

To "be the change" I wish to see in the world around me. I want to accomplish my goals so that I will have more energy, confidence and all the other means to make a difference in the lives of others. The happiness of others is riding on our success!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

First and foremost my parents, who have invested so much time and money into my little sister and I that they haven't had the means to do much for themselves. My little sister, who has inspired me with a drive and motivation unnatural for someone her age. My close friends and peers, many of which have just started down their own paths toward transformation. I want to set an example for those in my life. I want to show those around me that anyone can make a physical and mental transformation if they can make the decision to cross the abyss.
