I Am

I'm 55 yrs old. I've been on disability from my Computer Systems Analyst career since 2002. I've been doing BFL for years. Had great success in 2004/2005 dropping 125 lbs. I've had a rough time with chronic illness since 1996 - thyroid and pituitary disorders and in 2009 found out what was really at the heart of my illness issues - Celiac. I've been on gluten-free diet since Aug 2009 and finally I'm on my way back... :)

My Favorite Charity

Salvation Army

To me, Transformation Means

Not just putting disempowering behavior on hold for 12 weeks or so but actually changing your habits and behavior for the long-term.

My Goals

Get well!

My Intentions

Do everything humanly possible to get back to normal weight of 170-180 lbs. After a long season of illness to follow the mission that God has planned for me in my new life...

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone! But especially those who have faced adversity such as chronic illness.
