I am a person who is on a journey to be the healthy person I was meant to be and I feel like I have finally found the right combination of nutrition, excercise and inner development.

Be Healthy (physically and mentally)

Be Wealthy (not just materialistic wealth, but in the "wealth" that really matters, caring and loving all the people in your sphere of influence)

Be Wise (be able to make good choices in life, help others in their journey, and learn to love the skin I'm in...)

To reach healthy physical levels:

weight 132-164 pounds

BMI 20-25 (done!)

Run a 5K under 30 Minutes (done!)

Finish a 1/2 Marathon (done!)

Conquer my addiction to my drug of choice...Food


My Intentions

I will excercise with conviction (not just show up)

I will 5-6 small healthy balanced meals a day

I will find a healthy coping mechanism to deal with stress

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would love to help my family and friends succeed on this same journey. It was so fun to be a mentor recently to some kids in their 20's and evolve from being the "mentee" to the mentor.
I love to help kids (ok young adults) – they are so clueless – which is good and bad, they are fearless and think everything is possible but they don’t know how to get there!
