I was so excited that I ran 8 miles in 1:20 (my new PR) I thought I would blog about it. This time around training it much easier but I'm running at a faster pace. I hope I can run Dallas in under two hours!!!

Thanks for the kind words on my pics, Kat. I feel great! Sorry to rush out of the chat room last night. I've been sick since Friday and last night I thought I was going to die. I attempted to chat and then gave up and fell asleep. I will try again maybe later this week. When is the next YG chat?

Hi Kat, The triathlon went really well....I came 10th overall and 3rd in the veterans age group...but the really amazing thing is I was 12 minutes faster than the last time I did this race 10 years ago... It was so much fun....I was thinking of you at the beginning of the ocean race...I just calmed them and walked into the waves......I swam with no pain or fatigue and popped out of the water in the first top ten....hopped onto the bike and rode like a demon and then glided through the run. I feel sore today but it was all worth it. I had so much fun....you would have loved it too. Good luck in Dallas this week.....you will return home a champion...I know it. Kindest wishes and much love Stuart xxxx

Thanks for stopping by again...in reference to your post: Yes, I am taking the transformation very seriously...more than ever before in my life. I eat, sleep and dream about it. My full heart is fully committed to it. When you said to me "it takes everything you've got to do it", I thought "wow" yes it does, because this is what I do every day, I take it one moment at at time but I am embracing it. The community is wonderful and so is the support! I told one of my daughters about you today. She will be joining soon. You asked me "What day of the challenge are you on?? I started the Feb 15th...so I think I am around day 20, some say it takes 21 days to creat a habit...I believe I have done that!! That is great that you have not had any white sugar since 1.1.10. You are funny about the weight loss....oh, I can not tell you until Dallas...that is ok...I will have to wait until you return as I can not go to Dallas right now. I hope you had fun shopping....I look forward to that day! I am a size 18 too, and it is hard to imagine being a 6. When did you first start the transformation? You have done wonderful. I am so glad I am on this road...I look around and see so many people so miserable...and so often they want to take the easy way out such as with gastric Bypass surgery...but we did not get here over night and we have to do it the good old fashion way...and it is safer too. Well, got to run for now. GO KATRINA!!!!

Katrina. I watched your video and looking at your new profile pictures, it's really incredible the changes you've made. You don't even look like the same person! Contrats on your results, and most of all, the journey. And it's so wonderful this journey is with your husband. You guys are experiencing such incredible personal growth so early in your life. It's incredible and refreshing! Thank you for the example you set. I am going to consider myself part of the younger generation too, because I feel that young at heart! :) XOXO Love you much, and I'm here to support you if you ever need guidance from an old fart :) Many blessings, Kim

Hi Katrina: I was just leaving some love for my friend Carin and I saw your amazing pic and had to check you out. I then laughed because I had heard you on the show the other night and was going to check out your page today anyway. :-) Your transformation is amazing! It is no wonder you have become an inspiration for so many. You are quite the speedster too! You may be leading the pack in Dallas with those kind of times! Hugs, Lisa
