I totally agree about breakfast being a very important meal. I know for me, if I stay on track and have a balanced meal every three hours, it helps me to not overeat. Welcome to transformation by the way! I'm here for ya anytime ya need me. ;) God Bless, Holly

To get down to my pre pregnancy weight for the last time. To become Maureen again not just Mom, Wife, Nurse or crazy frazzled person. To have more play time for myself and with my family

My Intentions

To be consistent. To eat healthy consistently. Exercise consistently. To meditate consistently and maybe even get 8 hours of sleep sometimes.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Me. Then my children, Husband, family everybody I come in contact with everyday. I want to be that happy energetic person that can turn a complete strangers bad day around with a smile, a kind word or a small gesture of friendship
