Saw your post. I was exercise-free yesterday, but got a great run in this morning. I'm figuring it's all about the good week - balance is key. Have a good night taxi driver lady....I'm with you on that one. Have to leave in a minute to pick up my little one. Gaye

Mon, thank you for the response to my blog. I make my shakes (so far) with 1 cup of kale, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 medium banana, 2 tbsp of agave necter, 1 scoop of chocolate protein poweder and at times 1/2 cup of oats. I hope to find and add goji berries and bee pollen this week as well. If you decide to experiment and make one, don't be discouraged if the first one doesn't taste right. It takes a little trial and error to get them to your personal liking.

My sweet, sweet friend! I was thinking of you today...and boom, there you are ...I see you are with Sharen....I am going to subscribe to your blog so I can keep in touch. Are you going to Dallas? I am still dithering....I really do not want to run it, because the training will mess with my Zumba and I also injured my knee. Blah, blah, blah. 1) Lose 15 pounds in the first challenge of 2010
2) Wear a bikini
3) Run in a sports bra and shorts, bearing my midriff and feel comfortable in it
4) NYC 2010 Marathon

My Intentions

Follow the exercise and eating plans to a 'T'. Make it more than a physical transformation. Let go of fears, concealments. Learn to forgive myself and others. Be more giving. Walk the walk. Be more open. Continue on with this lifestyle beyond the 18 weeks.
