I Am

I've been following the transformation program for the past 4.5 years. I started at 245lbs and got down to 180lbs. I have been basically maintaining but have gained 25lbs back in the last year. I need to refocus on my goals for the next 12 weeks. My eating has been my biggest problem and my exercise has become unfocused. I am excited to refocus and have a goal in mind. I wish to lose 20lbs, lose fat and gain muscle. I intend on eating clean 6 days. Give my workouts my all. Get back to proper sleep routine. I know how good it feels when I do these things. I am treating this just like I did when I started 4.5 years ago and I'm very excited again.

To stay on this path and continue to change.

to eat right. to workout everyday. to feel better about myself. to live a healthy lifestyle. to improve my energy level. to reach out to others.

My daughter. Others who are looking for a better way of life through exercise, eating right and spiritual growth. Anyone who is WILLING to make positive changes in their lives.
