Thank you for commenting on my blogs and offering words of encouragement. I have had a little time off from work, so have been enjoying getting the gardens in shape. I also hit a backslide after an injury last year, so understand how hard it can be to "re-lose" weight and start back at square one. You have done really great!

Hello! Thanks for the encouragement:) I'm so glad the weather is nicer here becuase the walks have made a big difference. That way I don't have to have someone to watch caden so I get my cardio in. I can just take him with me:) how old is your daughter? Hope you are have a fabulous week!

Thanks for the heads up on the August 5K at Levis Commons. The on I'm running is at 9:00am on August 30th so it should still be plenty cool even for that time of year. When exactly is the race at Levis Commons? If it's early enough in the month I might try to make that one too. I do know several people who participate in the MS Bike to the Bay, and the event holds special meaning for me now that I've been diagnosed with the disease, though unfortunately I won't be able to participate or attend this year because we'll actually be at Disney that week :D - Phil
