Paul- yeah- a year ago it was so much easier here. There were only 2000 members, now ther are near 20,000. It sometimes is tough but there is so much good energy here. Take care and thanks for the post.

I Am

I am a friendly and helpful person. I like to help out others when and where I can. I like to volunteer to make a difference and do not care if I get recognition. The process and friendships that I make along the way are the rewards.I have a lovely wife who supports what I do and I am thankful for having her be in my life.

My Favorite Charity

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

To me, Transformation Means

Making a Change. Looking from a different perspective. Having a different outlook. Knowing that changes will come about, as long as you still to your goals and make them happen. The physical outward transformation will be a result of the changes that are made inside. Once those thoughts are changed, the physical appearances will show themselves.

My Goals

To be truly happy with myself. This is on a emotional, spiritual, mental, relationship and finally, a physical happiness. I think for me, the physical goals will be the easiest to measure. I would like to be at a weight of 163 pounds - This is my ideal body weight as researched on a few websites. I need to lose 63 pounds, or 27% of my body weight.

My Intentions

My intentions are to be true to myself, and try to enjoy the journey. I am so happy and grateful that I am now weighing in at 163 lbs.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone I can. I have been a mentor for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training organization. I completed Triathlons up to lengths as much as a Half-Ironman (1.2 mile Swim, 56 mile Bike, followed by a 13.1 mile run). I helped people get through training to complete triathlons. But, due to a knee injury, I stopped working out, and the weight was added. I miss working with all the TNT participants and would like to get back to doing that.I would also like to inspire my family and friends. As my travel down my journey, I hope they can come along for the ride!
