I Am
I am an actor/singer living in Memphis, TN. In 2008 I lost 70 pounds and competed in my first (and last) Figure Competition. Have followed WW and BFL successfully for years but still have too many fluctuations in weight and fitness.
A lot of what determines my drive and focus is how much time is spent on my 3 jobs at any given time of the year. I have a day job which I am so grateful for, and I also work for a professional theatre and sing in a popular dance band. When I'm involved in a production at the theatre, my time is really limited. When I am in between shows (as I am now), I am much more likely to stick to a consistent plan because I can get to bed at a reasonable hour and wake up ready to hit it hard.
I'm so ready to get fit and stay fit.
