Hey Sharon! Thanks for the comment on my blog! I can't believe you still run with a tape deck! That is some hardcore old school action! In a way I am jealous. You are so retro - it's hip!

Oh, I just saw you're in Spring Hill,,,,,,,,I moved from Tampa 4 years ago. One of my good friends just opened up a small gym and I think it's in Spring Hill if I'm not mistaken. She was the first one to get me going on the BFL bandwagon back 10 years ago. I just know she's going to have success because she follows the principles that t.com and bfl lay out. I just know YOU'RE going to have success because you're doing the same : ))))

I love your opening quote and welcome to transformation.com. You are going to love it here and quickly find that this is a very loving, caring, thoughtful, and giving place. Feel free to ask as many questions as you have. There are so many people here who have been through life's struggles and have overcome them. You can do this!!! - Gav

I Am

I am the spouse of an amazing man, the mother of 2 terrific children, the stepmother of 4 loving children, and the grandmother of 6 angelic granchildren. I work full time as a nutritional care assistant for our local hospital (go figure), and attend our communtiy college full time in persuit of a Registered Nursing degree. I love my family and friends. I enjoy fishing, kayaking, gardening and playing with my grandchildren (in my spare time). I am a christian although God falls somewhere between grandchildren and kayaking, sadly engough.

My Favorite Charity

Muscular Distrophy Association

To me, Transformation Means

Becoming the person I used to be. The caring, loving giving being whose true belief was always that we are put on earth for a purpose. Reaching out with generosity and the most treasured comodity, time. To me, Transormation means. having "me" back. I can't find "me" right now but I know that I am here.

My Goals

Eat to energize my body, not to fulfill some sorry excuse of a need.
Become healthy enough to run a 5k race, and finish it.
Reflect my once positive attitude onto the people I love and admire.
More important than anything, regain my relationship with God and lean on Him for my strength, because I know I cannot do this alone.

My Intentions

I will succeed with my goals, because this is it ! I have to and I want to!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire other people who feel empty inside even when they are full. If my story of success (which there will be one) can help others, than it will be worth the effort.
