Hi Mick Thank for wishing me well and your advice. I seem to always “bounce back” just impatient on getting around, being me with out the toxicity “FOG” and miss my real gym time. This is the first year without my fresh organic garden, and sure do miss it. (Guess I was spoiled with fresh produce out side the door ) Take care my friend, and thank you for caring. -by the way you just keep getting healthier and better, Way to go! -Terri

I Am

I have completed Challenge 1, 2 and the HHC of 2010 and still feel that I am successful in life but at a time now that I am seeking satisfaction in my endeavors. I have found a new sense of accomplishment by satisfying my goals in the prior Challenges by realizing and understanding my limited beliefs. I care about my overall health and my quality of physical life as I age. I felt bored because of a ultimate goal were achieved but now I feel extremely energized at levels I did not know existed for me at 60 years old. I have discovered more about myself since January 2010 when I entered Transformation .com. I have met and become accountable to more friends than I knew I would get to know at a level of honesty that I did not expect. I care about my family. My wife, my kids, grandkids, my brother and my Mother. I feel that I need to be around to love them all the way they all deserve. I need them in my life as I continue on in a strong family structure that I have been familiar with all my life, I am very excited about this stage in my life because of the experience I have had since January 2010 and that is why I continue with the connected lifestyle and new friends I have become accountable to.

To me, Transformation Means

Being able to make better health decisions. Transformation gives me an opportunity to mix with persons who are able to share their visions in a positive environment of progress, both social and health.

My Goals

My main goal in this Challenge is to become more healthy and alert. My goal is to be an example to others in society and especially for persons my age who can't see a benefit to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to learn to be OK with my decisions. I have reached the realization that I am getting older and plan to continue getting older with a youthful energetic attitude. I want to grow older and be able to walk, run and play with my family (blood family and T-family). I plan to be an example of a healthy person for others to follow in my footsteps willingly.

My Intentions

I have a NEW closet full of clothes that I will maintain as my new and reduced size wardrobe 40"+ to 33" pants!! :-) ! I want to mix with others who have the same interests as myself so I can fill my social network with persons alike. I want to inspire others around me with the comfortability of a healthy lifestyle. I want to maintain a healthy level so I can enjoy my "senior" years without having physical limitations that I have created by not being in touch. I intend to be with all my new Transformation friends as long as they will have me!!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

All persons in my family without a doubt!! I hope to inspire persons in my own circle of influence as well as others who I might not have met yet. Being 60 years old I know of many persons who mentally are on the down side of finding new and excitment in their lives. I hope to inspire myself along with anyone who cares to "step out" of their living grave. I plan to share my original Challenge success with others so they can feel the energy that I have discovered in 18 short weeks.
