My Intentions

My intentions are to set out and do what is necessary to accomplish my goals. Although there might be setbacks, my intention is to change for the better and keep doing it to a ripe old age. My intentions is to try to motivate the people around me to try and accomplish the same.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

i would like to inspire my family to live a healthier lifestyle. Maybe by me leading the way they will see the benefits and not look the otherway. I would like to inspire everyone I can to get the benefits of healthy lifestyle as I did. I feel great and I want to spread the word to all those I come into contact with. I would also like to inspire those who are cancer survivors or people with ailments to not give up and to give all they have all the time. I lost focus for a while both physically and mentally but I am back now. I know I have inspired many people who know me. I hope to continue to do so.
