I Am

Someone who has proved to themself that they can do this!!! I am living the Transformation way of life every day and I LOVE it!! Here I am ME and nobody judges. If I have a rough day I share, if someone else is having a rough day I try to help. I am 60lbs lighter physically and emotionally WOW 10000's of pounds lighter!! My Transformation is a way of life and I will never go back to my old ways. I have found Sooo many new friends and Bill and the community have saved me!!! So in a nutshell I am 31 fit, healthy and happy. Thanks to T.com my marriage is a better one, so are my friendships social life and so much more. I wake up eager to see what the day holds for me. I am bursting with energy and ready to take on any Challenge I can get.

My Challenge Certificate!!!

This was where I was 18 weeks ago.........I am 31 years old and out of shape!! What is more annoying is that I used to be a fitness instructor so I feel that I should know better. I got married last year and am lucky enough to be married to the most wonderful man but I am so unhappy with myself that it impacts on my life. I don't do the things that I would like to do because of my weight and the way I feel and I really want this to change so that I can enjoy a life that I want to.
