To me, Transformation Means
Having the happiness in my life that comes having what I think be evident in what I say and what I do. Perhaps it is that it does, currently...that my negative thoughts are what's at the core of the unhealthy condition of mine and my family's lives right now.
My Goals
To be a good example to my family...to undo all of the bad nutrition and lifestyle examples I've taught my son and my husband and help them live a healthier life.
My Intentions
