Sounds like you found yourself in a really difficult place as 2008 wrapped up. 2009 could be an entirely different kind of year for you. I don't know where you are now, but I know where God is. Right there with you. Praise through the Pain friend. Start counting your blessings. You may need to scramble to find some, but I promise they are there. As you allow Him to lift you, you will find the strength to move onward and upward. Our adversities are different, but I can tell you I was not going to, and will not, allow myself to be consumed with things that sometimes are the "death" of people. (I'm talking Spritual life and death here) What's seems to be the end it always a new beginning. I lost my daughter in June and as painful as it's been, I know God has great things in store. Let us know how to best support you. We want nothing more than to lift, encourage and celebrate you. WE BELEIVE IN YOU!!!

Train smart, but with crazy intensity. Tracking my progress all along the way.Also, eating 6-7 Body for Life or Eating for Life meals daily, along with meal replacments, creatine, glutamine, hmb, and EFA's. Logging and tracking, and adjusting all along the way!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who wants to make a big change in their life. Especially those who've tried in the past and failed - who don't have much faith that "it" works.I PROMISE it works!!!!!
