Edercise and Nutrition!
I got up this morning and went down stairs and there it sit " The Tread Mill." I went ahead and got on and did a steady walk for 30 Minutes. I did bring the incline up every 10 minutes and thought I could stay on longer, but my knee and hip gave out. Could be because of doing a lot of walking yesterday.
My nutrition was basic for a Saturday. I did BQ and had one chicken breast and green salad. I had a Deit coke and water. I kept drinking water because it was 100 degrees and I was sweating like crazy. I had a fan on me but it was blowing hot air. John
