Profile Information
Q: Can I change my user name?
A: No. Your user name is your unique identifier on Transformation.com and cannot be altered.
Q: Where can I change the email address associated with my account?
A: Use the My Profile link located on the top right corner of the page. On the My Profile page, click Edit Profile (in the links right above your Information and Stats). Here you can edit your name, email address, and other information associated with your account.
Q: How do I add and change my profile picture?
A: Use the My Profile link located on the top right corner of the page. On the My Profile page, click Edit Profile (in the links right above your Information and Stats). In the top left corner, you’ll see your current profile picture with a button to upload and submit your photo.
Q: How can I change the time zone settings for forum posts?
A: Use the My Profile link located on the top right corner of the page. On the My Profile page, click Edit Profile (in the links right above your Information and Stats). In the center of the page, there is a section called Settings. Click the Forum Settings link and then choose Edit Options from the control panel on the left. You’ll see a window where you can select the time zone for your area.
Using the site
Q: How do I block or unblock someone from my T-Friends?
A: To block a person from your T-Friends list, click on that person’s profile. On their profile page near their photo, click the Block User icon.
To un-block someone from your list, click the My Profile link located on the top right corner of the page, then choose the T-Friends link. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the people blocked from your list. To un-block one or more people, check the box next to their name/photo and click Unblock.
Q: How do I put an image or a video in my forum post?
A: To put an image or a video to share within your group forum, choose the Community tab then select Forums. Click the Forum and then the Thread where you would like to post. In the top left corner, select New Thread. This will open a window where you can type your comment. To add an image or video, select the paper clip icon, then choose the file you want to upload.

Q: How is my Transformation order shipped?
A: We ship items from the Transformation.com store via FedEx. Please plan on 7-10 days delivery time to allow for shipping and handling. Shipping costs vary depending on your order and location.
Q: I’d like to return a product I purchased from Transformation.com.
A: Transformation products have a 30-day money-back guarantee. You are responsible for returning the product to us within 30 days from the date you received it. We will then provide an exchange or refund of the original purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges.
