Q: I attempted to Register to use Transformation.com, but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail.
A: Check your Junk Mail; your mail settings may have sent it there. You may also wish to add Transformation.com and to your list of recognized email addresses so that you’re sure to receive future messages. If you do not see a confirmation email in your Junk Mail box, try registering again at Transformation.com or call Customer Service at 800-289-5724.
Q: I received my confirmation e-mail, but I'm having problems entering the site.
A: Make sure you have set up a user name and password. You can do that now by clicking the link provided in your confirmation e-mail. If that does not work, copy and paste the provided URL into your browser’s address field. If you still have trouble, please Contact Us or call Customer Service at 800-289-5724.
Q: I can't remember my password.
A: Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your email and proceed to follow the onscreen instructions.
Q: How is my Transformation order shipped?
A: We ship items from the Transformation.com store via FedEx. Please plan on 7-10 days delivery time to allow for shipping and handling. Shipping costs vary depending on your order and location.
Q: I’d like to return a product I purchased from Transformation.com.
A: Transformation products have a 30-day money-back guarantee. You are responsible for returning the product to us within 30 days from the date you received it. We will then provide an exchange or refund of the original purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges.
