wow... what a great show! can't wait to be able tosee it live again.... thanks for the LBWO... will try it tomorrow at the gym! come to think of it, I could do that at home, too...not much equipment needed.

Once again I get some great inspiration to keep me motivated. Keith and Justin - Wow!! Bill you are such an inspiration for me too! I was so happy to see how far you have come in your recovery. I actually tried the HIT in the pool the other day and made it through 3 reps. Thank you for all of the sharing, teaching and encouraging you do. - Sandy

Great Show. I am always so inspired by the great work the guests have done. Great work Keith and Justin. I can't wait to try out the Lower Body 5/25. I have already planned this for Fridays workout. I love these new ideas. Thank you Bill and Clarissa.
