What I learned in Dallas........

could take months to sort through! There were so many big lessons, and inspirations, and discoveries in Dallas, but the little things that I observed are going to have the most impact, I believe. I discovered that I matter.  How simple is that?

I Am

a person changing direction.

I am going to feel the fear and do it anyway,

because

I am stronger than I thought.

I am strong enough to know when I need help.
I am strong enough to ask for help.
I am strong enough to hang on until help arrives.
I am strong enough to help others.

I am strong enough to say no.
I am strong enough to do what I should, even if I don't want to.
I am strong enough to do hard things.
I am strong enough to make good choices.

I am strong enough to feel.
I am strong enough to cry.
I am strong enough to not wipe away the tears.
I am strong enough to empathize.

I am strong enough to face my fears.
I am strong enough to keep pushing through.
I am strong enough to do more than I thought I could.
I am strong enough to change.

I don't know how strong I am, but I know I'm stronger than I thought.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

making a choice. I have two choices for every opportunity that arises. Do, or do not. To transform, I must make the correct choice -- the choice that will take me one step closer to the person I was born to be.

If I make the easy choice, I will stay as I am. To become what I know I can be, I must make the right choice more often than the easy choice.

Transformation is not easy, but it is simple.

My Goals

1) Stop.
2) Listen.
3) DO WHAT IS RIGHT!

My Intentions

I intend to become a person who thinks of helping others without thought of what I can gain from it. I will do this one day at a time, hour by hour, minute by minute, if that is what it takes.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone who doesn't believe in themself. Anyone who doesn't trust their instincts. Instincts are a gift from God - listen, and you will know what to do.
