Hi Everyone, and especially Bill P. WoW!!! I just want to comment on the last two weeks of Radio Shows. Last weeks show just blew me away about the process of conditioning the body and the mind together, to work together to create Transformation. And that we really need to Transform our Thought Habit Patterns, BEFORE, we are going to see the results in our Physical Body. WOW!!! This week was even more right on, when Dr. Karen spoke about healing the body from the inside out. And that for me, I now know that I need to heal my Emotional Pain, before I am going to be able to heal my Body. Powerful Stuff. And she is so insightful being a neutral reflection, where she acts as a question mark, to ask ourselves if our limitations, are real, or are they just part of "The Story", of limiting beliefs we have been telling ourselves for so long.................................... O.K. Bill you are our leader, you can do the Full Marathon!! I believe in you!! You have the endurance, the strength, and the Power to go all 26.2 miles!! I'm sending you the full Energy of knowing that you have already achieved that goal!! I have Faith in You!! Thanks Bill for the Radio Shows. They just keep getting better and better. Hi Bill and Friends. What a great Radio Show!! Shawn and Brian, really know how to put their own lives right out there, being so genuine and authentic with their stories, and letting people into the very depths of their Emotions. It makes me realize that for me, I can only lose the fat baggage around my gut, once I am willing to let go of all the Emotional Baggage I've been carrying around for........ I think Bill is very perceptive. I sign up to be Thinner, More Athletic Physically. But once I am in Transformation, I realize that what really needs to be Thin, and Athletic, is the size of my Emotional Baggage. For me that means Transformation is a process that begins from the Inside out. We've all met people who are beautiful on the outside, but their inner character is missing something. True Transformation for me, is about Transforming my Inner Character, And Transforming my Inner Character, is simple: Growing Up, Being Mature, Being an Adult Male, who Leads by Example. One of my favorite things that I look forward to when I return home from school on Thursday nights is to discover what transpired on this radio program!! I am always inspired and learn so much. I like how it was expressed tonight ... "Knowledge is very transformative - knowledge that we assimilate is what becomes wisdom." It is taking me longer than many to assimilate what I have been learning, but I am indeed learning and what a beautiful thing it is!!!

Hi Bill. I love to listen to your radio show in my office. If I'm doing work that doesn't require much thinking, I'm able to get a lot of inspiration by listening to you and your guests. I look forward to it every Friday, as I would have to stay up at night due to the time difference to listen to the show live. It feels good to be a transformer, and May starts tomorrow. From Monday on, I will walk back and forth to my office instead of spending time in congested traffic. Hoorray!

Aloha Bill - I am what we say here in Hawaii pau hana (off work). When I got off work at 1100 pm tonight I had to hit the gym do my cardio training and now I am home listening to the show. Bill--What a great show tonight! I have to tell you that now when I go to the gym I actually get excited when I see myself in the mirror! There are two big college football coaches that come to our gym and I love it when they are there because they are big and look great and make me work out even harder. Dear Bill, There isn't enough room here for me to thank you for all that Transformation is doing for me. I've been without a job for a year due to the economy until two days ago when I started a great new job. I've been without sugar, not even one little cookie for almost 4 months. My relationship with my brother that was on shaky ground is becoming wonderful. I've lost 20 pounds, went to the Dallas seminar and walked the half marathon and will go to Denver. And last of all I've been able to cope with the loss of my only child better than I"ve been able to do since the tragedy happened thanks to the people I've met here on T.com and the radio show and assignments. These are just a few things that come off the top of my head and there are many more. You touch so many lives beyond my imagination and I am truly grateful. Love you lots!! Susie

Bill, it is 10:47 pm. I am in a hotel room thanking God for the opportunity to have internet access and to be able to tell you how grateful I am to you. I can't tell you how great it has been to be able to download your radio programs on my IPOD and play them through our car stereo while many hours on the road. I get so recharged from your voice, your messages, and the way you allow others to share. SanAntoniosteve has been able to articulate things that has really resonated with me because I, too bombed on the HHC. I loved doing Assignment #12 to really reflect on my life. This retreat in Michigan has given me opportunities to reflect on how I want to keep changing to improve my emotional, spiritual and healthy well being. I owe it all to you. Bill thank you so much for starting off my morning so beautifully. I'm not sure what my problem has been this week but this was definitely helpful. I need to remember to celebrate my wins, brag, see my accomplishments. I've been seriously dwelling on what I'm not doing and that is physically devastating to my body. Every illness I'm recovering from is stress induced. Why do I punish myself when I'm in pain? When my kids wake up I am making them take me for a brisk walk:) Their bikes are fixed again so they can keep up with me. Love you Bill, and can't wait to meet you.

Excellent, excellent show. My father died at 56 of a massive heart attack and my mother has had her health and depression issues. I can tell you that this Transformation program has saved my life. I get up every day, 5 days a week, and go to the gym every morning. My life has been hard, but I am healthier than I have ever been and my mind set is good. Thank you, Bill. I almost quit - again - before I really began. But listening to the Feb 11 radio broadcast this afternoon hit me with a major dose of support & inspiration. I am not alone, just start where I am, do one thing after the other. I just have to say thank you.

Bummer...The stream stopped coming through at 80 minutes! What I heard was a great show! Awareness, awareness, awareness; focus on positive; measure by work done, not results alone..Thanks! I am learning to not be controlled by my environment. I've heard it for years, but these assignments, radio shows, forums, blogs, support groups, they have all lent a hand toward healing and freedom! ~Kelly~

Listening to the radio is great since it's true that by learning to change the mine set will take you to the body and healthy transformation. I am greatful to take the action to be here and I take the first step to mine change and advice others to do the same.

Hi Bill! I listened to my first call on Thursday night. I also found my answer (DUH!) to a previous question as to whether or not the calls are recorded so now I am listening to all that I have missed! The call was fantastic! I cannot remember their names, and I meant to write them down but I was working out at the time. I loved every single story - but especially the ex-wrestler. I think I related mostly to him. Not that I have ever wrestled! NO! But having been active in dance and fitness my entire life I have felt so frustrated at being where I am now. AND through his encouragement and promise (that it will be a good thing :) I am now ready to post my pictures. This has been such a scary endeavor for me. I think I have always wanted people to believe I have it all together. I suppose I appear that way to most that know me - MOST - some know the truth! I have not necessiarly tried to hide my inner feelings, okay yes I have. Anyway - the pics are going on my page. (SCARY!) Thanks so much for everything - this has truly been great for me! I am recommending this to everyone!!

Tragic, devastating , heartbreaking events that knocks the wind out us seem to leave us in a state where we dont have the strength to do anything BUT surrender. I seemed to have such a hard getting back to that ... surrender is so easy to say...wish for ,I was joking about it recently that I hoped it wouldn't take something devastating for me to finally let go, and let God. But joking or not, it is the only thing that allows me to be the person I want to be. I would love to hear comments & suggestions from anyone. :) ~Patricia

So glad I got to listen to last week's show before tonight. After my family got sick so many times during the holidays last year I had decided before t.com to do it differently next time. I'm glad to know I will have the chance to do better next year for myself and my family. It started with the Halloween candy and just spiraled from there, the only reason I was healthier then they were I believe is because I was restricting myself already, but not them. Hey Bill, I just wanted to thank you for another great radiocast. I just go to listen to it today and I got some great informaton from it. I think for me the biggest thing that I struggle with is monitoring my weight. I am just now starting week 3 and my weight is back up 4 lbs. I was disappointed but hearing you talk about fat loss vs weight loss being two different things made me feel better. You, Stoney and Clarissa are Awesome! Davis

Just listened to the show!! I have found that when I am truly searching, I am always learning at each of these shows!! I am so excited for the 3 tied champions. wow Carla I hope the best for you. Thanks Bill for bringing up food addiction. I am hooked and trying to get unhooked. You were so right about walking by a stand hamburger or taco you would be full and smell or see what they have it is easy to go and eat even though you were not hungry.

Eating right, want results like yesterday. But, Bill's right, in 30 days I should notice. I notice a little now :)

Great show Bill! I just listened! I laughed and laughed and replayed yours and Coach's comments about the scale. I battle with scale, allowing it to define me. But when you said that a scale can't tell about your inner transformation - it just clicked for me. Wow. Thank you! I woke up this morning feeling muscles, feeling different, feeling great after a full body workout and so the timing was perfect. The scale couldn't tell me how good I feel now....it's just a number. So I think the weigh in once a month is something I'm going to shoot for. It's my addiction - to track the numbers.....but I'll focus more on how I feel now! This was the best show I've heard yet! I'm listening to it for the THIRD time!! You rock!

Great show! I can relate to the part of progress vs perfection. I have tried and when I messed up and slipped I just quit..seemed easier but know now that it isn't.

"Bad habits we can't stop are addictions" This simple sentence really holds a lot of power for me ... it causes me to now look at a bad "habit" in a bit of a more ominous light. The concept of addiction has always made me a tad bit nervous, but I suspect I've viewed habits a little more innocently and as a result have probably tended to give them a bit more slack when looking at the potential damage/effect to my spirit. Thanks Bill~ You're a smart, yet humble guy and I am enjoying what I am learning from you. Cheers!!

Loved tonite's show! I think you've seen my kitchen and were talking about ME!! The humor had me laughing so hard, that even with my headphones on my daughter shook her head and rolled her eyes and went upstairs where it was quiet!! HAHA!
