Stopping by to wish you the best on your transformation journey - Be the change for your family. Tell hubby you are only as old as you feel - so if he feels old then transforming his mind , spirit and body will make him feel way younger! You can do this and others will follow by example, Paul

Thank you! I agree! I will show him your post! He has tons of excuses why he can't; no time, too tired etc......so if I can show him and DO this and "Be the Change" then maybe he'll start to see that it is possible to make the time to be healthy.

I Am

I am a wife and mom of 4 one of which has down syndrome. I am active in our church and always willing to serve. I am a student working towards becoming a Nurse. I care about God, my family and being healthy. I would love to serve a medical mission in the future to give thanks back to God for all my blessings!

My Favorite Charity

DSALA, NDSS, MKACF (domestic violence), Church

To me, Transformation Means

A change -- a growing and an improvement inside and out. Progression.

My Goals

To go down to 20 -18% body fat. To build my endurance so that I can run a 10k in the fall and work up to a marathon by next spring. To get my RN degree in the next 3 years. To serve a medical mission in my golden years.

I DID IT!! my body fat is at 20% and now I'm working on 18%!!

My Intentions

To run 4.20 miles 4 - 5 times a week and do weight training 2 times per week. To eat healthy carb/protien meals and lots of greens!

CHECK! Completed!!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My husband who turns fifty one this week. He feels old & tired all the time and is convinced he has no time to be fit. I know he can improve his lifestyle if he has a strong enough desire. I hope I can show him that we aren't old yet!
