Omg! I got you sick. =[ I'm sorryyyyyy girl. I'm still sick and it's horrible. I don't feel good at all and this cough is just horrible. I walked/jogged 2 miles the past 2 days and i just cough up a storm out there. I really need to get better. I hope you're feeling much better today. Love ya too beautiful. =]

Awww Romney....it was so much fun to finally meet you!! I am missing everyone so much already...to be surrounded by so much positive energy and support, I wish I could bottle that stuff!! I read in Stoneys group that your reaction to Dallas is very much the same as my reaction to Denver last year. Don't you just wish you could replay it for your friends and family so they get to feel it too? Glad you had such an inspiring time. ~Dave

Romney, I had such a great time in Dallas. I enjoyed every minute of it! =] After my very long journey to get there it was diff. worth it. I'm glad we met room mate. lol I can't wait for Denver. I got this girl. =] I just got home like 30 minutes ago. Home at last!!! =]

I Am

[myflashfetish]My name is Romney, I'm 28. I'm a pretty outgoing person, I love people! I was born and raised in Alaska and have always struggled with my weight. I was anorexic for a short time when I was in my early teens and have used a lot of supplements to try to get "skinny". When I was 16 or 17 I watched Bills videos and The Body of Work really inspired me. I started working at a gym called Iron World and fell in love with weight lifting. I'd always start the BFL challenge but never did finish any of them. This will be the first time I complete a transformation because there's no way I'm giving up on myself this time!! I have since then left AK, got married in CA and had two children! I still love weight lifting, I love to write, and travel.
I am a stay-at-home mom right now raising my 3 and 4 year old but I'm in need of a transformation. It's long overdue...

My Favorite Charity

Hungry children.. There's really no excuse for it. Here in Oklahoma 1 in 5 kids is going hungry. So sad because so many of us (including myself) OVER eat!! OKC Foodbank is where I volunteer.. Children should never have to worry about finding food!!

To me, Transformation Means

A complete and total process. When something is transformed it does not mean covered up temporarily. It means a thorough process, inside and out.

My Goals

Quite simply:*to lose the 50lbs of fat I've been carrying for the last 6 years
*to learn how to eat healthy foods and stay consistant in my healthy eating habits
*to become a confident, self assured, proud woman that is a better mother and wife because of it

My Intentions

To be the BEST ME I CAN! Too give 110% to everything I do.
