Hi Al, Glad to hear you and your bester half are doing well. My sweetie and I are down south of you in Lincoln City, OR this week on vacation. I love the ocean land/sea-scapes but my love is for the scenery around the Puget Sound. Spent many June vacations around Ocean Shores and Birch Bay as a kid... a couple of years ago :D I miss your photo's of the area up there... Sounds like you are working hard at it, so keep it up, we're thinking about you. Dave

Yep. It's me. I am doing well. I put in 68 miles on the bicycle this week and getting stronger everyday. Weather's been awesome here.

My husband and I left for South America last year. I wish I'd been in the shape then that I am now. Man did we walk our butts off. This is a great challenge. Enjoy it. Enjoy getting ready for your big trip, but make this a life style change that you can live with. Enjoying the sun. kennie
