Hi Al: Quick hello. Hope you had a great weekend. ;0) Jenny

Al thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment in the crew. Everything you said is right on, about fear and hiding, not being fair to myself with my harsh expectations. Of course all this makes sense and is not new info but when we are down in that hole it sure is hard to see the grass for the trees. Your comment along with many others from the crew, lifted me back into the light and got my eyes open again. Thank you so much. I hope you enjoy a great weekend~ Natalie

I'm not around much but I need to be, it's hard to get the wheels turning on this sad wagon but I never quit on myself so you WILL get to know me lol ~ Natalie

OK I'm done stalking you!! LOL.. I got hooked on your photos and kept looking and commenting..LOL.. You have an awesome plan there and you're doing such a good job:)............... We did our ride to Daytona this past weekend and it rained cats and dogs!!! I had a scare on Saturday night. I could NOT see in front of me. Hubby was in front and we were leading a friend to a drop off point so he could meet up with some others and we'd carry on toward home. Well hubby lost his mind !!!..LOL..not realizing that the rain had affected my vision and pulled right in front of me and applied brakes. OH MY!! I hit my brakes and my bike fish tailed..I got it over to the side without dropping it. He got off his bike not realizing what had happened so I TOLD him..He ask "Didn't you see me point to the side to pull over?" WELL DUH!! It was dark and raining..Ummmmm NO!!!! LOL.. Anyway he was so apologetic and no harm..Thank the Lord:) We ended up staying over night as the weather was way to bad to travel home:) Just wanted to share my little biking experience with a fellow biker. Big hus~Tina

Thanks, Al. I plan on following through with Power 90 and then going up to Power 90 Master and then P90X, P90X+ and P90X2. I'm a sucker for the infomercial/web ads and buy most of these programs and never get through them. I do the same thing with all the diets that I see online. Just tried one, The Big Breakfast Diet and while I didn't gain weight I didn't lose any either. May have put on some muscle but it entailed lots of supplements. I tend to do pretty good with the diet in Transformation and working out and walking, so I'll continue in that manner. Thanks again for the encouragement.

I am also someone who enjoys being outdoors and active. I love the mountains, photography and motorcycles. I love my family, friends and especially, my dog. I love learning new things and passing them on to others. I care about people and like nothing more than to sit and listen to their story.

My Top 5 Strengths are: Input, Learner, Connectedness, Consistency, Relater

My best moments were spending time with the terminally ill; to be present even in their pain and give them comfort.

My Favorite Charity

Gloria's Angels

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me is transitioning from one state in your life, to another. It is dying to self, and living for others. It's in giving not receiving that we make this change, and it's the giving that leads to complete and lasting change.

My Goals

Within 18 weeks, I will be 25 lb. lighter, and that my weight on the last day, first thing in the morning, before my breakfast will be 224 lbs. My waist at its widest point, will be 38 inches.

Edit: on 3/22/12 I reached my goal of 224 lbs. I'm resetting this goal to read, Within 8 weeks, I will be 14 lbs lighter and my weight on that last day, first thing in the morning before my breakfast will be 214 lbs.

My blood pressure will be down to 126/78 or less.

I will look a lot leaner, and lighter in my after photo. I will demonstrate more definition, less body fat, and a more fit and youthful posture.

My Intentions

I intend to complete my workouts, eat healthy and encourage others to do the same. From this point on I intend to live my life by setting an example for my friends and family live by, that they may live healthy and happy lives.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire all those people who think they are too old to do something. You are never to old to get into shape. You are never too old to go back to school and that learning is fun. Studying awakens new regions of the brain and helps you fight memory loss. Exercise your mind just as you would your body!
