To me, Transformation Means

Transformation for me is the process of becoming reconnected with deeper levels of inspiration and motivation that were already inside of me, and tapping into higher levels of wisdom and insight as I make my decisions.

My Goals

Achieve a level of fitness on par with me at the age of 21 and a level of health that is superior.
By 18 weeks (August 28, 2009) I will have achieved


1) a 30 inch waist
2) Be able to run 2 miles in under 15 minutes
3) Be able to do 60 pushups at a time

My Intentions

Myintention is to become the type of person who viscerally and experientiallyknows that he can achieve goals.

I willbecome a person with internal integrity. Where planning, commitment anddetermination are so engrained in me habitually, that when I make a promise tomyself, I am confident that it will be kept.

I willreawaken and reconnect with that part of my that cares about making the world abetter place.

I willbe the type of person who cares about making myself more capable of helpingothers.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my father who worked so hard to give my brother and I an amazing set of life experiences and opportunities and who is now stuck in a cycle of poor health.
